See what our previous customers have to say ...

Hi everyone :)
I came a couple of weeks ago and I bought the popular Lady gaga platinum blonde bob style wig.. I was really looking for a teal green in that style but I bought the blonde hoping to dye it and get the colour I wanted.
I also purchased the teal green hair dye you have in stock as well, just to try and see if it would work (the wig was synthetic ofcourse so we didn't all think that dye would work)..
The sales lady told me to let them know how I went with the wig...and I am writing to let you know that the teal hair dye you had in store didn't work at all. It didn't stain it either. We all thought that would be the case anyway but it doesn't hurt to try :)
So I Googled around to get a recipe for dying synthetic wigs...Well you will be surprised at the results and I only sprayed one coat!! I have attatched pics as well so you can show future customers how well you can change the colour of a synthetic wig. I think that even if customers can't find their colour in your store, you can always sell them blonde ones and tell them how to get the colour they want! I was desperate and I actually did it, after searching for the right wig for weeks and weeks and had no luck. I guess instead of customers walking out with nothing, they can walk out with something :)
So hope these photos will be usefull to you so you can reccomend it to desperate customers that just need a certain colour wig :)

The recipe for the colouring is depending the length of hair..
1. 250 ml ( 1 cup) of rubbing alcohol - It can be purchased at the chemist for $9.95 and you can find it in the anticeptic section.
2. Acrylic ink ... not Paint ... It has to be acrylic ink. I bought it from Ebay, the brand of ink is "Speedball" and you can get any colour you want. I bought mine for $4, and $2 postage ... some of the ebay shops have very expensive postage but I was lucky to find a very cheap one.
3. With the ink, depending on what shade you want the colour to be, you can use as much as you want ... I used 10 drops which was about 8 ml.
If you have any more customers in the future really desperate for a specific colour...It's very long to explain the process step by step, so you can give them my facebook page and I have the exact process on there, so they can go and read instructions and look at the photos I have for each step.
Hope this email wasn't too long
